hi team, need your help urgently here

in todays Farplay session, I could not hear the other person’s voice. But I could see the green bar moving when he spoke. What could be the reason for this ? What can I do to start receiving incoming audio again ? In the past 5 months it is the first time to experience this.

On the other hand, my music partner (my uncle), could listen to me perfectly fine on Farplay.
