So happy to know FarPlay’s been working wonders for your teaching.
First, could your student try turning Signal Enhancements off in Windows’s Sound Control Panel? The steps are in a short video in our blog post here.
If her mic audio still cuts out, ask her to go to Preferences > General Options, and change the Audio Buffer Size to 480 (10 ms).
The advice above is usually enough to fix mic-audio quality on Windows. Interested to know how it goes and happy to provide more suggestions.
