Dear Maick,

Thank you for your question. Please ask each musician to do the following.

1. Turn VPN off, if used. VPN causes blurry, pixelated video (example below) and often high latency.
   
2. Use wired internet service (fiber, cable, or “Fiber-to-the-Node DSL”), instead of 5G/cellular internet.
3. Use an Ethernet cable to connect the computer to the router that receives the internet signal where the signal first enters the home (avoid wireless repeater/extender routers and Ethernet-over-power adapters). If the computer doesn’t have an Ethernet port, use an Ethernet adapter for USB-C or USB-A.
4. Turn the computer’s Wi-Fi off.
