When there’s distortion, please check that each musician is using an Ethernet cable to connect their computer to the router that receives the internet signal where it first enters the home, has turned Wi-Fi off, and has turned VPN off, if used. If someone’s using Windows, ask them to turn Windows Signal Enhancements off using our video tutorial (this doesn’t apply if using an audio interface’s ASIO drivers). The tips under “Latency is too high” and “Audio is distorted or stops working” at our FAQ and Troubleshooting Guide are helpful too.
