The other person was unable to hear me and only heard noises glitching in and out, video quality was clear and I could hear them perfectly. I am using corded headphones with a built in mic and connected to Ethernet with wifi and VPNs off.

Thank you for your question. If you’re using a Windows PC, please try changing your Audio Buffer Size to 480 using the steps on our blog. A buffer size of 480 is sometimes needed for an audio device to work reliably on a Windows PC.
