How do I use the latency slider (the lower latency vs. cleaner sound) slider?

Drag the slider to the right to prioritize cleaner sound (fewer crackles) at the expense of higher delay. Drag the slider to the left to prioritize lowering latency (best for making music together in rhythmic sync online) at the expense of some crackling.
