S:\ Drive Invalid

  • Thank you for your question. If installing to C:\ fails even after rebooting (maybe you already tried that), please download and extract this .zip archive of FarPlay 1.3.1 for Windows. You can run farplay.exe directly from the extracted folder.

    That’s great! In preparation for your first call, we recommend using our QuickStart guide to test your audio (you can do the steps in section 3, “Configure and test your audio”, before connecting to anyone).

    I reinstalled my Operating System and that appears to have fixed the issue. I have a new issue though, so I’ll open a new incident. You may close this one.
