Are the two remaining participants unable to connect to each other? Do they use the same internet service provider? And, how far apart are they?

Can you make sure everyone has turned off the firewall on their computer?

Can you help me to understand how to solve how to connect with other people? I have Sonoma and firewall is off. I don’t understand how to make it possible. Always message fail to connect.

Thank you for your question. Can you ask your internet service provider to upgrade you to a public IP?

(Upgrading to a public IP previously fixed connection issues for one of our Italian users).
