my pc did a driver update now my students can see me but on my end the entire video screen is black so the camera is working but no video output on my side at all any suggestions?

Thank you for your question. To help troubleshoot, can you install this older version of FarPlay (1.2.7) for Windows and see whether you can see yourself in a test session with just yourself?

Dear Everyone,

Steven fixed his problem by installing the Radeon driver tool and using it to install the best video drivers for his system. A different application had installed drivers that didn’t work well for his PC.

In general, if you encounter problems with video drivers, try installing drivers downloaded directly from the manufacturer of your graphics card or integrated graphics.
