I suggest the status text “Waiting for connection…” that appears when one has started a session that no one has joined yet be rethought. Users like me, coming from software bouncing users’ streams off a server, can’t tell from this message whether they’ve successfully started a session that no one has yet joined, or whether their session hasn’t started up yet.

Seems to me, we’re trying to see two things: first, that we’ve successfully initiated a session, and second, whether anyone has joined. How about providing status information that informs both at a glance.

This may reflect my newbness with FarPlay; apoloogies if it does. But from this perspective, it would be great to have a couple of indicators of these two conditions.
