Thank you for your question. To help troubleshoot, can you install this older version of FarPlay (1.2.7) for Windows and see whether you can see yourself in a test session with just yourself?

Dear Everyone,
Steven fixed his problem by installing the Radeon driver tool and using it to install the best video drivers for his system. A different application had installed drivers that didn’t work well for his PC.
In general, if you encounter problems with video drivers, try installing drivers downloaded directly from the manufacturer of your graphics card or integrated graphics.
