Is it important/better that the headphones have the normal input like the second pic? Rather than the headphones with the newer iPhone input (see pic)?

Hi Jill,

Both plugs are good (each has worked fine in personal experience). I like simply sharing the shopping link for the wired Apple EarPods with the “normal” 3.5-mm plug https://a.co/d/6Aiemyk because some people don’t have a spare port on their computer for the EarPods with the USB-C plug.
