Thank you for your message. Could you share a screenshot of the “recover” message?
Thank you,
David Liao
I attached a picture of the “repair” screen.
For some reason when I download it each time I never get a Farplay shortcut on my desktop screen. I just the the little computer and cd on my desktop.
Thank you for your screenshot. Next time you’ve clicked “Launch” and are then using FarPlay, right-click FarPlay‘s icon on the taskbar.

Then click Pin to taskbar. FarPlay’s taskbar icon will now stay visible even after you quit FarPlay. To open FarPlay again, click FarPlay’s icon on the taskbar (you don’t need to download FarPlay each time you want to use FarPlay).
Another way you can open FarPlay again is to find FarPlay through the search bar near Windows’s Start button.

Click FarPlay App in the search results (look under “Best match”).

The “little computer and cd” file is FarPlay’s installer, not the FarPlay app itself.

Thank you,
David Liao
