Thanks for your question. I’d see whether CoyoteMIDI or another MIDI-to-key app provides the functionality you’re interested in (FarPlay doesn’t have a built-in way to accept MIDI commands). When setting up MIDI-to-key software, you may find the list of keyboard shortcuts at our accessibility page useful (use the “Change computer” button under “Choose your computer” to switch between shortcuts for Mac and Windows).

I have used AutoHotKey in the past but do not currently use it … but that might be the best approach. I fire off MIDI control commands from a Novation LaunchPad Mini Mk3 and also from a Faderfox EC4 for rotary CC commands … Might be difficult to do the rotary stuff through AutoHotKey …
You’re welcome. I don’t have experience with these options, but we’d be grateful to know which of the applications mentioned above (or maybe an alternative) ends up working best for you.
