Thank you for your reply. Anton looked at the information for session 8D0873. Please try the following.

  • If your home has more than one router, make sure the Ethernet cable connected to your computer is plugged into the router that receives the internet signal where it first enters the home (instead of plugging into a wireless repeater/extender router).
  • Important: Make sure VPN is off (see steps). Examples of VPN include the VPN in MalwareBytes, NordVPN, and Cisco Secure Client/AnyConnect.
  • If your PC has a firewall/security software that filters traffic, try turning that off.

Anton found that your end of the connection seemed to have an unusual configuration (multiple internal networks). Based on this, I no longer suspect the AudioBox.
