Student can’t hear piano

Hello! I teach voice lessons online, and I have a student who all of a sudden cannot hear my piano when I play it. I moved to a new house and perhaps my internet connection is less stable, however I don’t have this issue with all students. We are both connected to ethernet and I am using an audio interface through which my voice and piano come through, a Yamaha AG03. Any ideas why she would be able to hear my voice through the mic but not my piano?

Thank you for your message. Look for the You (Your Name) subpanel at the top of FarPlay’s main window. Use the Channels pull-down menu. Select Mono Mix 1-2.
Explanation: If Channels is set to Stereo, your voice is sent to your student’s left headphone and your piano is sent to your student’s right headphone. If your student leaves her right headphone off to hear herself more easily, it will be very difficult for her to hear your piano. Rest assured: this issue is not related to using the different internet connection at your new house.
