Thanks for your question. When the app displays “FarPlay Free” (like below), the app is already in Free Mode, which lets you create 1:1 sessions up to 45 minutes in length.

You can go ahead and use FarPlay by clicking the “Join Session” and “New Session” buttons (no need to click “Log in / Subscribe”). Check out our highly recommended QuickStart guide, which walks you through setting up and using FarPlay without a paid subscription.
