Some users unable to see or hear each other

I routinely host a trio from my account, with few problems, but recently I hosted a different trio and while I could see and hear all participants and they could see and hear me, they could not see or hear other.

I use a PC, but one of the two participants was on a Mac.

Any ideas?

Dear Paul,

Please have all users in the affected trio who use macOS Sequoia or higher (Tahoe, for example) go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, choose Local Network, and make sure the toggle switch to give FarPlay permission is in the on position.

If the participants continue to be unable to connect, could one of them share a screenshot of the “FarPlay couldn’t establish a connection” pop-up message, if it appears?
