Fantastic question! Yes, FarPlay works over Wi-Fi for lessons with turn taking. FarPlay’s own CEO Dan Tepfer uses Wi-Fi to teach piano lessons where playing together in sync is not needed. With a good Wi-Fi connection, you can get excellent audio/video quality. We encourage you to use FarPlay’s free mode to test how FarPlay works for you and your teacher. Use the steps at our QuickStart guide. Free mode lets you make as many 1:1 sessions (limited to 45 minutes each) as you like.
