Laptop heating up

Hi there, I notice my laptop heats up a lot when using Far Play, could you advise me please? Pic attached of my laptop specifications. I’m using an Ethernet cable, plugging in an Apogee MiC and using the Apple headphones.Thanks!

Hi Diana,
Thanks for your question. When your laptop heats up during FarPlay sessions, please try the following.
- Leave a few inches of space around your laptop so heat can escape (make sure your laptop is free of papers, blankets, and anything else that could cover it), and make sure its vents are clear.
- Open Activity Monitor, click the CPU tab, and look for other applications with high CPU usage. Quit those applications.
