Thank you for your message. Could you test the previous version 1.2.7 and see whether that makes any difference? You can test your video in a session with just yourself.

You can try to install video drivers directly from the manufacturer of the graphics on your PC. Another Windows user solved a slightly different problem with video this way.

Could you share the version of Windows and the model of HP laptop you’re using?
