thank’s for responding so quickly, and yes, you understood my question perfectly 🙂 and yes, I can switch back and forth with logic’s output preferences as this does indeed work, but I was looking for a perhaps more elegant solution! I imagined an intermediary virtual mixer, that sits between Logic and FarPlay, but that just adds another layer of complexity, lag that I have not yet been successful in achieving yet.
The ideal solution would be to have a master mix-out in FarPlay, allowing me to input monitor, without adding to the mix being recorded, does that make sense?
Could that possibly be a feature request?
