Thank you for your message. Do you remember whether the last line of the error message you saw was “(Local / remote network status: NAT / NAT)”, instead of “(Local / remote network status: Symmetric NAT / NAT)” or “(Local / remote network status: NAT / Symmetric NAT)”? Could you share the name of the internet provider at each end of the attempted connection? Please have each musician turn off firewalls on their computer (Mac and Windows both offer firewalls, and third-party security software like Norton does too).
