Dear Laurel,
When multiple students are waiting, the section of the pop-up window in the screenshot below that shows “Remote Guest’s Name” is a list of all the waiting students. Checkmark whichever student(s) you’d like to admit, then press Admit.
You might find a locked session (waiting room active) if it’s been fewer than five minutes since the last person left the room and the room was locked when you last left.
I’ll bring your suggestion for having your room locked by default to the team. Thank you for your feedback!
