My buddy keeps getting two errors when trying to install the app. One says procedure entry point d3d12 serialize versioned root signature could not be located in the dynamic link library and the other one says procedure entry point c://programfiles/farplay/qt6gui.dll could not be located. He just did a fresh install and everything is up to date. He has tried everything.
