Thank you for your message. Please try the following.
- Disconnect and reconnect the webcam.
- Quit all other applications that can use the webcam.
- Make sure FarPlay has permission to use webcams. Look in system settings (instructions for Mac here and instructions for Windows here) and in third-party security software like Norton.
- If you can click on your webcam’s name in FarPlay, but the video of you is black, try changing your video resolution.

Could you share a screenshot of the list of webcams shown when you click the camera button in the FarPlay Video window (example below)?
