Hello! I am having trouble with the video recording. When I open the post production box, instead of seeing an option to process the video, I see the words “missing files” in the status box, and the option “go to” next to that. When I click “go to” it takes me to my finder thing in the Mac, and the folders with the videos have unreadable files (it’s just coding).

Thank you for your screenshot. Can you check that you’re using the latest version of FarPlay? Go to https://farplay.io/download to download version 1.2.3. Upgrading is always free.

There was a “Missing Files” bug affecting combined recordings for Standard subscribers in version 1.2.1. This bug has been patched (missing files now exportable) since version 1.2.2.

Thank you so much! Downloading the latest version did the trick. I now have 1.2.3 on my computer and I was able to process the videos. I’m thrilled that was so easy. I’ll stay on top of future updates!
