I’ve been using my Mbox Studio for about a year successfully with Farplay. For some reason, Farplay is not getting any signal from the Mbox recently. I have the Mbox selected for mic and headphones and I’ve confirmed that my Mac is configured properly. I’m also using the MBox successfully with my DAW. please advise.

Hi there! Thanks for your question.

Please check whether FarPlay can receive audio input from another device (like a built-in microphone on your Mac). If not, check mic permissions on your Mac.

In the You (…) subpanel near the top of FarPlay’s main window, check that the selected Channels match the input channels you’re trying to get signal from on your MBox.

If you’d like to use more than two input channels on your MBox, find the Devices subpanel, use the Microphone pull-down menu to select Input Mixer, and create a track for each of your MBox’s input channels (see our mixer instructions).
