Hi-
Since the update, the sound is only coming through the left ear of my headphones when I use FarPlay. When I use other programs (e.g., Audacity) I get sound in both ears, so I know this is a Farplay specific problem. I can’t figure out how to change this and am hoping you can help!

I have an Ethernet cable plugged into my main router, running a MAC, Scarlett 2i2 audio interface with open-back headphones.

Hi Anne, (You separately indicated you were hearing yourself through both headphones). So, please ask your student to use the Channels: pull-down menu under You (…) to select Mono Mix.

(Thank you for your additional communication). The solution is to go into Preferences > General Options and make sure the Headphones row shows Stereo instead of Mono.
