Upload speed problem on Ethernet port

The following might help:
- Turn Wi-Fi off on your computer (if this suddenly stops your computer from reaching the internet, then your computer was using Wi-Fi even though the Ethernet cable was connected, and the Ethernet connection needs to be fixed).
- Make sure the Ethernet cable connected to the computer (or the USB-Ethernet adapter) is connected directly to the main router. Don’t use a wireless extender/repeater, mesh network access point, secondary router, or power-over-Ethernet adapter.
- Eliminate other uses of bandwidth in the home as much as possible. Try to schedule rehearsals when other people aren’t on Zoom. Pause DropBox file sync’ing. Don’t backup your iPhone to the cloud during a rehearsal, etc.
- Use a fiber internet connection if you can. If you can’t, business cable is better than residential cable.
