Trying to play back my video

when i go to the processed video folder it says. MPEG-4 movie – Zero bytes and wont open
I recorded 4 minuets. the audio tracks worked?
I see the video working on the monitor when it is recording
when i hit stop recordingI hit process and it said to close the the session
so i quit far play so it can process?
am i missing something.

Thanks for your question. When you see the message “Awaiting Session End”, press Leave (but don’t quit the FarPlay app), and your video will begin processing (exporting).
If FarPlay is closed and you’d like to process a previously recorded video, open the FarPlay app, stay on the screen with the “New Session” and “Join Session” buttons (don’t go into a session), click View > Show Video Post-Processing Window, find the recording you want to export, and click Process. Choose the format/resolution you want for the exported video and then press Process again. Keep the FarPlay app open while the video is processing (the Status column shows you the processing’s progress). When the video finishes processing, press “Go To” or “Go to file” to get to your .mp4 video.
