can I play the recording live on FarPlay during a call?

hi, new subscriber here. I recorded a guitar track using FarPlay record, and I wish to play this recording while my team sings along. I wonder if that’s a feature. Thanks

Hi!

Yes! You can let other session participants hear audio from your computer (including a WAV file you’ve recorded in FarPlay, as well as audio from YouTube, etc.). Install BlackHole (for Mac) or Virtual Audio Cable (for Windows) and use FarPlay’s Input Mixer. Check out how easy setup is in this short video tutorial. Once you’ve set up BlackHole/Virtual Audio Cable and the Input Mixer, open the WAV file you’ve recorded in your favorite audio player app and press play.
