No, as of version 0.3.7, FarPlay supports Windows Audio devices.

For the lowest latency, you should use ASIO drivers, although it’s worth noting that we’ve seen some PCs provide excellent latency using Windows Audio Devices — this seems to be particularly true on desktop PCs, as opposed to laptops.

We do provide instructions (https://farplay.io/windows#ASIO4ALL) for using FarPlay with ASIO4ALL — if it works for your system, you might be able to get lower latency than using Windows audio. The gold standard for getting really low latency audio on Windows is to use an audio interface with manufacturer-provided ASIO drivers.
