Thank you for your message (and edit). I’ll write an answer for other users finding this forum thread.

Assuming your screenshot is from your end, the NAT/firewall error message indicates normal “NAT” on your end and “Symmetric NAT” on the remote end. You can fix this NAT/firewall connection error by using custom ports on your end or asking the remote participant to try using a wired home internet connection, if they’re connecting through a workplace/university network or cellular internet provider. If they’re already using a wired home internet connection, ask them to ask their internet provider for a Public IP.
