Thank you for getting the public IP.
Is the error message you’re currently seeing on your computer identical to the one in your screenshot from March 31 (including “NAT / Symmetric NAT”, rather than “Symmetric NAT / NAT”)? If so, there is symmetric NAT at the other musician’s end. In this case, ask the other musician to get a public IP, or use port forwarding on your end.
