Thanks for the screenshot. If the other participant is using 5G/4G cellular internet service or an institutional (university/corporate) network, please ask them to switch to a landline home internet connection (fiber, cable, or vDSL), if available. Ask them to turn VPN off too, if used.

If you still get the same error, set up port forwarding on your end or have the remote participant ask their internet provider for a “Public IP”. If you’d like help with port forwarding, could you share the model of your router?

“NAT / Symmetric NAT” means the other participant is using a restrictive network.
