If you’re able to connect with most people, but ran into this connection problem with one client, I’d recommend using custom ports on your end (I can help with this). Another option is to ask the client whether they can try connecting from a fiber or cable connection from home (if they’re currently trying to connect from a university/workplace network or 5G cellular network).
Some universities/workplaces and 5G cellular providers use restrictive networks that prevent the peer-to-peer (p2p) connections FarPlay relies on. Using custom ports lets you connect with musicians on these networks and is recommended for teachers.
