Hi Jerim,

If you’re getting a lot of firewall/NAT errors (this problem is not common for most of our users with residential fiber and cable internet connections), ask your internet provider, “Can you help me get a Public IP? I’d like to use an application that requires p2p connectivity and so doesn’t work when my connection uses CG-NAT.” Once you have a Public IP, set up custom ports.
