I have a Standard/Standard+ subscription, but I can’t access features for subscribers (for example, unlimited session lengths and audio/video recording).

Please authorize your computer using the instructions at https://farplay.io/pricing/#howtosubscribe. Once your computer is authorized (check that FarPlay’s welcome screen displays “FarPlay Standard” or “FarPlay Standard+” instead of “FarPlay Free”), you can use features for subscribers. This process is simple and should take less than a minute.
