I have an audio interface with ASIO drivers provided by the manufacturer, but when I look in the Devices pull-down menus for Microphone: and Headphones:, I can’t find my audio interface in the ASIO devices category.

Download and install the ASIO drivers for your audio interface from the manufacturer’s website.
