User can’t see control data for other users

One user in my group of four cellists can’t see the control panels for some of us. She can see the host and her own information but can’t see the information for the other two so she is unable to make any adjustments. Any ideas? Thank you

Great question! Please ask your friend to click the triangle next to the name of a musician whose controls she’d like to reveal. When a remote user’s triangle points toward the right, their control panel is compact (only the gain slider is adjustable). When a remote user’s triangle points down, their control panel is expanded, revealing additional controls.
To expand or collapse all remote control panels at once, click the Session menu, go to Multi-User Session Options, and choose Expand all User Subpanels or Collapse all User Subpanels. To learn more about multi-user-session settings, check out this page.Thank you,
