I use Windows 11 on a PC and play and rehearse with at least 2 on-line groups, one in particular spans the West Coast from North of B.C., Canada to the LA area of California, I being in the Seattle area.
We are migrating from Jamulus to FarPlay because of the superiority of sound quality. However, I would strongly suggest the FarPlay consider a Horizontal layout so that all musicians in the group can be seen absent scrolling. This feature not an issue on Jamulus provides a constraint and difficulty on FarPlay. This is a unanimous opinion of all musicians I play with on line.
I have a fully paid subscription as Standard + and others are considering doing the same. I am learning your platform but wonder if I can keep the same weekly rehearsal room and anticipated future performance room, that is the same code week to week for all in our rehearsal and occasional performance group can stick with the same room code to log-in week after week (most commonly rehearsing Wednesday evening 8:00 to 10 PM with occasional additional rehearsals as the situation dictates.
If you have a few particularly good YouTube videos or tutorials on the refined aspects of your platform that would be greatly appreciated.
